Refunds and Exchanges

Buying handmade:

Every Lola and Pearl product is handmade with love and care. Buying handmade is brilliant as you know you are getting something unique, as every single product will have small differences that make it unique. Every effort is made to ensure that products that are sold are of the highest standard, but please do not expect “factory perfection”.


Please choose carefully as refunds/returns will not be accepted if you simply change your mind.

Replacements and refunds will be accepted only if an item received is not at all as described or faulty upon arrival. You must contact us immediately within 2 days of receipt. The item must be returned (at your own cost) in original, unused condition for a refund to apply.

Refund fees:

When a refund has been agreed to, a restocking fee of 6% of the transaction value may apply and will be applied at the sole discretion of L&P. 


If you would like to have your L&P necklaces, lanyards or keyrings restrung, please contact us via the contact us page to arrange. Restringing is a complementary service, however, you must bear the cost of posting the items to L&P HQ and their return journey to you.
